Marketing email is optional and separate from account creation. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; opt-outs are honored the same day.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run the site, with title companies when you buy, or as required by law.
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorized NJNRE Holdings LLC staff, and secure storage with our service providers. Account and consent records (including the disclosure version and the date and time you accepted it) are kept while your account is active and for up to 3 years after closure to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
